* Education and information
* Pregnancy testing: Urine pregnancy test available.
* Annual exams: Call any community health services number for an appointment at the nearest facility.
* HIV Counseling and testing: All services are CONFIDENTIAL.
* Emergency Contraception: Up to 120 hours after unprotected sec or an "in advance" supply for future use.
* Confidential screening and treatment: Bladder infections, vaginal infections, sexually transmitted infections, including genital warts.
* Birth control supplies
* Methods by Mail: Your birth control method can be mailed to you.

The family planning services only program allows family planning clinics such as NEWCAP, in Wisconsin to provide no/ low cost services to residents who qualify. If you don't qualify, services are charged according to your income.

If you meet the criteria listed below, you may qualify for FREE services!
* You are a Wisconsin resident 15 years of age or older and are in need of reproductive health care.
* You have a valid social security number.
* You meet the income guidelines.

Financial eligibility for teens who are single participants is based on THEIR income rather than that of the entire family.
